Structure and working principles

1. The structure of the 400-type Chinese herbal medicine machine is horizontal, consisting of a hopper, a main machine box, fan, pulse meter, air bubble, cloth bag, wind closure, and other components.

2. The main principle of this machine is that the material enters the crushing chamber, is impacted and sheared by high speed crushing knife, and the crushed powder enters the classifying wheel due to negative pressure, because of the rotating centrifugal force of the classifying wheel. The fine material enters the cyclone through the gap plus the negative pressure, and is automatically cut through the air locker. The coarse material returns to the crushing chamber for further grinding and circulation.
